H1 declaration flows
H1 Maximum dataset flow (that can be used for all cases)
Maximum dataset flows are samples if in specified flows there is a need to add a field that is not present. In the current files, there are all possible data elements that can be used for H1 declarations either in Belgian or Netherlands flow. In Belgian flow, it is mandatory to fill both N935 and Y040 supporting document types as shown in excel and as in JSON files.

B2B flow
B2B flow can be used for sending a shipment of over 150 EUR from one company to another. In order to use this flow it is a mandatory importer.isLegalEntity field as ‘true'. All the fields in either country flow are mandatory but can be supplemented by the data elements from “H1 Maximum dataset flow”. In Belgian flow, it is mandatory to fill both N935 and Y040 supporting document types as shown in excel and as in JSON files.
