H7 declaration flows

H7 Maximum dataset flow (that can be used for all cases)

Maximum dataset flows are samples if in specified flows there is a need to add a field that is not present. In the current files, there are all possible data elements that can be used for H7 declarations either in Belgian or Netherlands flow.

Only IOSS flow

Only IOSS flow can only be used when a company has a VAT identification number and wishes to send an IOSS shipment. All the fields in either country flow are mandatory but can be supplemented by the data elements from “H7 Maximum dataset flow”.

Only non-IOSS flow

Only non-loss flow can be when a company does not have a VAT identification number. In order to send the shipment in non-IOSS flow it is mandatory to fill in the importer email address for billing purposes. All the fields in either country flow are mandatory but can be supplemented by the data elements from “H7 Maximum dataset flow”.

C2C gift flow

C2C gift flow can be only used for sending a gift from one private person to another, other types of gift flows are not supported. In order to use this flow it is a mandatory exporter.isLegalEntity field as ‘false' and mark the transaction.Category as ‘GIFT’. All the fields in either country flow are mandatory but can be supplemented by the data elements from “H7 Maximum dataset flow”.
